How it all starts! Our process begins with a phone call to discuss your project. My goal is to learn about your style, budget, and answer any questions you may have. Call me at 267-317-7172 or email me at mary@marycardinaledrapery.com to request a discovery call.
Consult
The next step is to schedule a tour of your project location. I will take measurements and photos of your windows, and bring fabric, hardware and other samples for you to choose from. A consultation/design fee of $75 will be collected at this visit. This fee is rebatable on orders over $500 placed within 30 days.
Plan
Once the design and material choices are finalized, a down payment is collected, all materials are ordered and your project goes into production! You can expect a lead time of about 6-8 weeks for the completion of your project.
Reveal
Lastly, the installation of your project is scheduled. Your treatments will be professionally installed, dressed and steamed. Our installers have amazing attention to detail, and I attend every installation.
